Today another of those servants we call God's chosen; World Prayr is
honored to be blessed with. Sandra Hunt-Mason or @Braewood is one of those
Godly servants on World Prayr. Today she talks on being a real light,
living your faith by remembering Christ's words of what you do for the
least of these you do for me. Take time to follow Sandra we promise you
will be blessed.

Light up the World (Share God's Love)
Do you have light within you? I mean real light, the light from having
God in your heart? If so, you need to share that light and that isn't
always by knocking on doors and forcing God on people, but we can do it
though love, share that love and people may just want to know what you
have, that they don't. Then you can tell them it is God.
Do we love our fellow men, I mean REALLY love them? That sounds a small
question, but has enormous implications.
Do we see that person down the street, looking quite odd, dirty or
'unlovely', do we walk the other side of the street and hope he doesn't
come up to us, to ask something of us?
Are we so comfortable in our lives that we really don't want someone
knocking on our door who needs help? It is uncomfortable and puts us in a
position of having to send them away as we really wish they had knocked on
someone else's door, to save us the bother of getting rid of them; we
don't like our conscience being pricked, like it does when we are faced
with these decisions.
But Jesus tells us that He could be any one of these people who are
seeking help. If we were back when Jesus was living on earth, would we
have accepted Him? Would we have looked the other way when he came along,
preaching the message of salvation? We would have to change our ways and
the way we had always thought. Would we have been like Peter and deny
Christ three times?
Have we ever done that? Denying a helping hand to someone, are we acting
like the Good Samatarian or are we those who are too pious and cross to
the other side of the road?
Because Jesus will say to those on His right hand, "Come, enter the
Kingdom. For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave
me drink, I was sick and you visited me." Then Jesus will turn to those on
His left hand and say, "Depart from me because I was hungry and you did
not feed me, I was thirsty and you did not give me to drink, I was sick
and you did not visit me." These will ask Him, "When did we see You
hungry, or thirsty or sick and did not come to Your help?" And Jesus will
answer them, "Whatever you neglected to do unto one of these least of
these, you neglected to do unto Me!" (Matthew 25, do take the time to
check out the whole chapter).
Is the Holy Spirit is telling us to help someone? Let's not put that
thought away in the back of our mind, but take the time to respond to His
promptings. Otherwise we will convince ourselves it is a bad idea; that
we are too busy and have other things to do that are more important right
now.
How amazing will it be when Jesus comes again to take us home and we meet
some of the people we helped in Heaven? That they are there just because
we gave them a helping hand or a smile as we passed and gave them the
opportunity to know Jesus through us!
Have faith and let God work in you, spend time with God every day and see
the difference that occurs in your life. You will be amazed.
Did you sing that song when you were little? "I have two apples
(substitute anything) and you have none, I will share my apples with you
today and then we will both have a nice apple too."
Live that song, let it become alive within when you share God's love by
helping others. Can they see God in you?
